Register deals to qualify for referral benefits
Deal registration allows an approved channel partner to take priority on projects valued at our standard rate of $275/hour or greater. If a registered deal is approved, the channel partner is given 180 days priority to close the deal and receives a 7.3% return for the term of the deal.
Registration is easy. The channel partner agrees to the terms and conditions, fills out the deal registration form below, and provides all required information.
Program Terms & Conditions
To be eligible, the deal must be a new Ampyx Cyber customer and the channel partner must generate the lead themselves.
The deal must not part of a published public tender (e.g. request for proposal [RFP], invitation for bid [IFB], indefinite delivery indefinite quantity [IDIQ], or similar public sector tender process that is subject to public procurement laws or regulations).
Only register single deal opportunities that will use Ampyx Cyber services (listed on our Services section of this website).
Only deals submitted through this form will be considered for approval.
Deal registrations are approved on a first come, first serve basis. Timestamp record of form submittal is used for determination.
The channel partner must provide complete, accurate, and sufficient information for Ampyx Cyber personnel to determine whether the deal referral satisfies the terms and conditions.
Deal registration is valid for 180 calendar days after notice of deal registration acceptance from Ampyx Cyber.
Close of the registered deal must occur within 180 calendar days of notice of deal registration acceptance from Ampyx Cyber, but may be extended at Ampyx Cyber’s expressly documented discretion.
Minimum deal size to qualify is $10,000 USD.
Minimum hourly rate for the deal must be $275 USD or fixed cost equivalent.
Approved channel partner will receive a 7.3% return for the term of the closed deal at any rate equal to or exceeding the minimum hourly rate ($275/hour) that meets the terms and conditions, paid out monthly, after receipt of payment from customer.
Ampyx Cyber will notify all channel partners via email of acceptance/rejection via email.
Ampyx Cyber may pursue the deal if target customer refuses minimum deal size or minimum hourly rate specified above.
